Although not on a large site Norman Park State School boasts excellent facilities. The school grounds are pleasant and attractive to the eye. In 2003 the school was heritage listed. Many of our classrooms are of the old red brick variety and new architecturally designed buildings compliment the heritage of the school.

Other features of the school include:

  • 25 metre Swimming Pool.
  • Two Adventure Playgrounds – one senior and one junior.
  • Centenary Gardens - created in recognition of the school centenary in 2000.
  • ANZAC Garden - commemorating our brave service men and women who fought in the wars.
  • A three storey, eight classroom block with an under cover games area.
  • Library/Resource Centre - our Resource Centre features a modern library teaching space, a media room, a teacher resource room and a networked computer lab.
  • A second Computer Lab
  • A large hall with multipurpose flooring.
  • School Oval
